Ian Payne

Ian Payne has extensive experience in the relocation industry, currently serving as Managing Director and EVP for EMEA and APAC at Cartus Corporation since April 1997, overseeing substantial corporate and government relocation operations. Previously, Ian served on the board of Worldwide ERC from January 2008 to December 2010, representing a large network of corporations and professionals in the relocation sector. Ian also held leadership roles at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities included establishing a new International Assignment Services business, and at Merrill Lynch, focusing on client relationship management within relocation services. Additionally, Ian managed operations for yacht cruising fleets in the Eastern Mediterranean early in the career. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Bradford.
