Thomas Harley is an experienced language operations professional with a strong background in language consultancy and education. Currently serving as Global Manager of Language Operations at Cartus since February 2015, Thomas has also held positions as Senior Language Consultant and Language Consultant within the company. Prior to Cartus, Thomas worked as an English Language Teacher at English Unlimited from September 2013 to February 2015 and at Language Link Russia from September 2011 to July 2013. Thomas holds a BA (hons) in European Studies and Modern Languages, specializing in German and Russian, from the University of Bath, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
