Laura Smith

Laura Smith has a strong background in corporate and financial crime law, beginning in 2017 when they joined Cartwright King Solicitors. Laura initially worked as an Associate Solicitor before being promoted to Senior Associate. In February 2022, they were appointed Head of Corporate and Financial Crime. Prior to joining Cartwright King Solicitors, Laura worked as a Solicitor at Saunders Solicitors Limited from 2015 to 2017. Laura began their legal career at David Phillips & Partners in 2009 as an Associate Solicitor, where they worked until 2015.

Laura Smith attended Hedley Walter High School from 1992 to 1999, where they completed their A Levels. From 2000 to 2004, they enrolled at Coventry University and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Subsequently, in 2004 and 2005, Laura pursued a Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.
