Andy Lesko

Andy Lesko is a Senior Director of Product at Carvana, where they have been driving strategic initiatives since 2023. Previously, they held multiple roles at Carvana, including Senior Director of Insurance and Senior Director of Product. Before their tenure at Carvana, Andy gained diverse experience as a Materials Research Engineer at Toyota and an Analyst in the Supply Chain Rotation Program at Intel Corporation. They hold an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and a BSE/MSE from the University of Michigan.
