Bret Graddy

Bret Graddy, MS, is a seasoned professional in loss prevention and asset protection with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Associate Director, Safe & Secure Support at Carvana since July 2020, Bret has previously held significant roles such as Senior Manager Field Asset Protection at Carvana and Facility Security Operations with the Atlanta Braves. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Loss Prevention and Safety Manager at Paradies Lagardère, Director of Loss Prevention and Safety for Sears Holdings Corporation, and multiple leadership positions at Target and The Home Depot. Bret holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Security Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Ball State University.
