Bret Sassenberg

Bret Sassenberg is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in retail real estate, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Real Estate at Carvana since December 2015. Prior to this role, Sassenberg was a Principal at Ground Up Development Services from January 2003 to December 2015 and held the position of Vice President of Development at both Starwood Development and Starwood Capital Group in 2007. Additionally, Sassenberg contributed to Scottsdale Public Art as Chairman of the Advisory Board from 2005 to December 2017 and was a founding member of the One5 Foundation from 2006 to 2011. Sassenberg's educational background includes studies in Architecture at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Business at Appalachian State University.
