Bryan Iams

Bryan Iams is an experienced technology leader with a comprehensive background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Carvana since September 2017, Bryan oversees a team of 30 professionals focused on the Retail Purchase Platform, which generates over $10 billion in annual revenue. Previous roles include Software Development Manager at Audatex, where Bryan led two teams in successfully modernizing a legacy product suite, and positions at Genesis Financial Solutions, IBM, and various other companies, contributing expertise in software architecture, agile methodologies, and technical support. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University.
