Craig Smith serves as the Inventory Quality Manager and formerly as the Inventory Quality Team Lead at Carvana since March 2020. In this role, Craig leads and mentors a team of specialists, ensuring adherence to Carvana standards while continuously seeking improvements in the photo workflow and overall team experience. Responsibilities include implementing new standard operating procedures, managing quality metrics and reports, addressing inventory and quality issues, and facilitating effective communication with management regarding business performance. Prior to Carvana, Craig held various supervisory and leadership positions at Consumer Cellular, Inc. from February 2014 to March 2020, contributing to customer service excellence over several roles. Craig began the career at Spindrift Dog Gear as an Assistant Production Manager and also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Bend Pet Express. Craig graduated with a diploma from Aragon High School in 2000.
