Randy Potts

Randy Potts is a Senior Talent Partner in Talent Development at Carvana, where they manage various aspects of talent planning, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior to this role, Randy served as a Human Resources Manager and Store Manager at Rent-2-Own from 2013 to 2022, overseeing recruitment and compliance while enhancing employee relations and performance management processes. Randy also held positions at Big Lots as a District Training Manager from 2003 to 2013, and at Festival Foods as a Frozen Food Manager from 1999 to 2001. They are currently pursuing further education at Liberty University, expected to finish in 2027.
