Rob Sheets

Rob Sheets is an experienced General Manager at Carvana, where they currently demonstrate strong leadership in operations management. With a robust background that includes significant roles at Mazda North American Operations as General Manager and Plant Manager, as well as a Manufacturing Area Manager position at Alfa Laval, Rob has developed expertise in continuous improvement and kaizen methodologies. Prior to these roles, they began their career as a Shift Supervisor and then a Process Engineer at Honeywell. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
