Rolf Hardesty

Rolf Hardesty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Associate Director at Carvana since July 2020, Rolf has progressed through various managerial roles within the company. Prior to Carvana, Rolf was a Partner and Manager at Clearing Cafe, where a new sourcing strategy was implemented, significantly reducing the cost of goods sold. Rolf also held positions at Via Delizia as Assistant Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction, and contributed as a Producer at On the Ropes LLC. Various internships at Prink Technologies and C. Hoare & Co. further enhanced Rolf's analytical and operational skills. Rolf holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain and Logistics Management and Business Management and Leadership from Portland State University.
