Paula Telfer

Paula Telfer has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the social services sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Carya since October 2021, Telfer previously held the same title at Easter Seals Alberta from May 2019 to October 2021, also serving as Interim CEO and Director during that time. Other notable positions include Manager at the Calgary & Area Child Advocacy Centre in 2018, Executive Director at LINKages Society of Alberta from 2017 to March 2018, and Programs Manager at McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association from 2005 to 2017. Telfer's early career included roles as a Family Counsellor and Family Service Counsellor at the Salvation Army Community Family Services from 2002 to 2005.
