David Shaffer

David Shaffer has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and management. David is currently working as a Workplace Technology Engineer at CAS since October 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at ComResource as an Information Technology Consultant from January 2020 to October 2021.

David's earlier experience includes working as a Network Support Specialist at Stanley Steemer from January 2015 to January 2020. In this role, they provided IT support for a nationwide corporation, managing system and network infrastructure across multiple locations and franchises. David also led infrastructure projects, such as setting up a new call center in Phoenix, Az, which involved configuring network equipment, installing workstations, and deploying various technology components.

Before entering the IT industry, David was the Owner and CEO of Shaffer's Cleaning and Restoration Service from 1998 to 2015.

David Shaffer attended Marion Technical College from 2012 to 2015, where they studied IT / Computer Networking. Prior to that, they attended Dubois Area High School from 1992 to 1996, where they focused on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained certifications including Bomgar Representative Essentials v17 and CPCT from FOA.
