Dawn George

Senior Director Scientific Analysis & Insights And Business Transformation at CAS

Dawn George has extensive work experience at CAS. Dawn started at CAS in 2007 as the Scientific Information Analysis Manager for Synthetic and Polymer Chemistry. In 2010, they were promoted to the Manager of Reactions and Patent Markush Database Operations. In 2014, they became the Assistant Director of Molecular Chemistries and later the Director of Molecular Chemistries in 2018. Their most recent role at CAS is the Senior Director of Scientific Analysis & Insights and Business Transformation, starting in September 2019.

Dawn George obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Ohio University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. In 2017, they pursued further education at Kellogg Executive Education and acquired a Certificate of Professional Achievement in the field of Executive Scholar Certificate for Leadership.
