Ian MacGregor, MS, PMP pursued their higher education in a sequential manner. From 1995 to 1999, they attended The Ohio State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry, with a minor in German. Following this, from 1999 to 2002, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marine Sciences, with an emphasis on Air Pollution Studies. In September 2018, Ian obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
