Previously, Jim held positions as Vice President of Product Development at Click4Care and Manager of Product Management at Sterling Commerce, leading teams responsible for significant revenue generation. Jim's career began at Macola Software, where responsibilities included managing quality assurance and solution architecture. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Operations Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
