Jodi Eckerman

Jodi Eckerman began their work experience in 1978 at White Castle, where they served as an Assistant Supervisor until 1983. In 1989, they joined Chemical Abstracts Service as a Lead Operator, where they provided first-level support for sustaining production IT services and ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance. Jodi also helped support sustainable competitive advantage for the business by operating revenue-generating, 24/7 online services and internal systems. Additionally, Jodi provided IT systems support, monitoring, and first response to events on various computer platforms.

Jodi Eckerman attended South High School from 1976 to 1978, where they pursued a degree in PSI. Their field of study focused on Data Processing and Data Processing.
