John Trees

John Trees has a diverse work experience in the field of desktop engineering. John started working at OhioHealth in 1997 as a Project Manager, where they supervised a team and led various projects to improve software functionality and hardware deployment. From 1999 to 2002, they took on the role of Team Leader - Desktop, managing a team of internal desktop technicians and external hardware repair technicians, as well as implementing a help desk. From 2002 to 2014, they served as the Team Leader - Desktop R&D, guiding a team through the automation and modernization of desktop systems. During this time, they developed an Active Directory system, a single image for multiple hardware models, a patching system, and an antivirus system, among other achievements. Since 2014, John has been working as a Desktop Engineer/EndPoint Engineer at OhioHealth, where they have been responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing systems to meet IT, clinical, and business needs. John has versatile skills beyond the desktop field. John recently joined CAS as a Workplace Desktop Engineer in 2022.

John Trees holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Services, with a focus on Production and Operations Management, obtained from The Ohio State University. The duration of their enrollment and completion date are not provided.
