Michael Ortman's work experience began in 2005 when they worked as a Customer Service Representative at The Guernsey Bank. Following this, they joined CAS as a Product Engineer in July 2023 and also took on the role of Customer Tech Support in April 2005. Later, they transitioned to SciFinder Customer Support at CAS in December 2005, where they worked until March 2008.
