Rooma H. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rooma began their career at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where they held various roles such as Engineering Coordinator, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Business Solutions Development. During their time at Honda, Rooma led initiatives to improve business processes, implement lean six sigma methodologies, and develop strategic roadmaps.
