Sheena Helm

Sheena Helm is an accomplished legal professional serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at CAS since August 2021, where responsibilities include negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, focusing on information technology and intellectual property. Previously, Sheena was a Senior Judicial Attorney for Justice Judith French at the Supreme Court of Ohio, providing legal analysis and drafting opinions on merit cases. Additional experience includes roles as Judicial Attorney for Judge Laurel Beatty Blunt at the Tenth District Court of Appeals and staff attorney at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, where Sheena managed civil dockets and prepared legal decisions. Early career experience includes serving as a litigation associate at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, gaining comprehensive experience in civil litigation and appellate advocacy. Sheena holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Otterbein University.
