Tracy

Tracy Ma has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tracy currently holds the position of Commercial & Government Market Manager at CAS, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CAS as a Sr. Account Consultant from April 2019 to May 2023, and as an Account Consultant from October 2014 to March 2019.

Before joining CAS, Tracy worked at iGroup (Asia Pacific) Ltd, where they held the position of Deputy Sales Manager, Comm & Gov. From January 2011 to July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for sales management, marketing management, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Tracy also worked as a Marketing Manager at iGroup from September 2008 to December 2010, where they established the Market Department of North China and organized customer conferences.

Prior to iGroup, Tracy worked at Dragoninfo Technology Co., Ltd. as a Marketing Manager and Product Manager. Tracy was responsible for marketing and sales support of digital databases and acted as the sales manager for South China. Tracy joined Dragoninfo in April 2006 and worked until September 2008.

Tracy's early work experience includes a role as a Team Leader of the International Group at Beijing Shihua International Financial Information Co., Ltd. From April 2003 to September 2005. In this role, they were involved in collecting, translating, and editing international financial information, training new staff, and supporting new product development.

Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and product development in various industries.

Tracy Ma's education history is as follows:

Tracy Ma completed a Master's degree in Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics from 2000 to 2003. Tracy also pursued a Master's degree in the field of Economic Research during the same period at the same university.

Prior to their Master's degrees, Tracy Ma obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from Liaoning Normal University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.

Additionally, Tracy Ma obtained a certification in "Telling Stories with Data" from LinkedIn in December 2020.
