In the year of 1924, Mr. Enéias Pinto de Carvalho moved with his wife and children to Bauru, where installs a tailoring shop. The small shop had as its lemma the popular maxim:  Who may not be the biggest, must be the best. From the outset it was recognized as a great tailor.

On this occasion, the small Bauru was already a city of prominence. The Northwest Railway brought to the city groups of engineers and other skilled professionals, from Rio de Janeiro and other capitals. Demanding professionals accustomed to the fashion of the time, usually coming from European capitals. In Bauru they found who's attended your needs with elegance and good taste.

Thus began what would later become the respectable and traditional Casa Carvalho.

Today, 86 years after the arrival of Mr. Enéias, the CASA CARVALHO maintains its ideal of respect and affection with customers. Always complying with elegance and good taste, even for the most demanding customers
