HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES:
-Assistance in daily living and personal care needs in the patient's home and other facilities
-Personal Care and Mobility Assistance
-Companionship and Emotional Support
-Meal preparation based on the patient’s diet and feeding assistance
-Light housekeeping
-Making bed/Linen change/Laundry
-Bathing/Showering/Grooming and Dressing

NURSING SERVICES:
-Contacting your doctors to discuss and plan the care of each individual client
on the basis of the patient’s condition and needs
-Teaching diabetic patients how to plan their diet, monitor glucose,
and administer injections
-Prepare medications and prefill insulin syringes.
-Monitoring patients and their Aides by Registered Nurse every two months and as needed.
-Post-surgical and procedural care
-Wound care/Tube feedings/Colostomy care/Respiratory treatments
