Casa Libre is a specialty coffee roastery and café celebrating the richness and soul of Mexico’s coffee farms. We source exceptional beans from across Mexico and roast them in‑house with a multi‑award‑winning team dedicated to craft, precision, and heart.

Inside the vibrant Mercado González, we’re surrounded by fresh ingredients that inspire our menu. Our house‑made syrups and seasonal drinks are crafted with produce pulled directly from the Mercado, creating flavors rooted in culture, community, and place.

Guided by the spirit of the jaguar, calm in presence, fierce in heart, we bring intention and passion to every cup and every guest experience.

Casa Libre is more than a café. It’s a home for Mexican coffee, culture, and the spirit that moves through it. Mi casa es tu casa.
