At Frontier Bank, later Union Bank, Stacey excelled in customer service management across a region of 11 branches, earning two President's Club awards for outstanding performance. Transitioning to Silvergate Bank, Stacey managed operations for a portfolio of major crypto and blockchain clients, demonstrating expertise in fiat operations and global payments. Currently serving as a Senior Client Advisor at Casa Inc., Stacey provides tailored support for individuals and businesses in self-custody of bitcoin. Prior roles at Bank of the West included advancing a branch's assets significantly and receiving five Circle of Excellence awards for exceptional performance. Stacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Western Washington University.
