Devashish Dalmiya is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a strong focus on community-centric living and business development. Currently serving as Co-Founder at CasaMelhor since April 2025 and Associate Director at StayVista since November 2023, Devashish is dedicated to creating innovative businesses and brands. Previously held the position of Director of Business Development at BASIC Home Loan from June 2021 to July 2023, where decision-making and problem-solving skills were emphasized. As the Founder of Stayabode Ventures from May 2016 to October 2020, Devashish built co-living spaces aimed at fostering community. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Roadhouse Hostels in late 2015, where insights into the hospitality sector were gained. Devashish holds a degree in Product Development and Management from the Indian School of Business.
