Since 2013, Casanova Construction has built a reputation delivering multifamily and affordable housing projects across the Southwest. Over the past decade, our firm has focused on commercial, multifamily, and LIHTC developments, partnering with developers to successfully complete hundreds of housing units as both a General Contractor and Owner’s Construction Manager.

Our team has extensive experience with LIHTC rehabilitation, mixed-use developments, affordable housing communities, hotel conversions, and accessibility upgrades including CASp and ADA compliance. We understand the importance of protecting tax credit timelines, layered financing requirements, and strict project budgets, and we work closely with developers, architects, lenders, and public agencies to ensure projects move efficiently from preconstruction through completion.

In addition to large multifamily developments, we remain committed to rebuilding and strengthening communities, including helping our neighbors rebuild homes in local burn-scar areas following wildfire events.
