Steve Waters

Steve Waters has extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Digital Advisory Board at BayPine since July 2024, Waters has been a Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Thinktiv since 2010, focusing on value creation for private equity and mid-market executives. In addition to these positions, Waters acts as an investor and advisor for several innovative companies, including Clearday, Scoot, ALTR, OJO Labs, Aceable, QuickGifts, and the Austin Humane Society, contributing to projects that span longevity care, data security, education, and community welfare. Waters also served as a founding investor and board director for Conceivable from 2013 to 2019. Waters holds a B.A. in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Stanford University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
