Davide Bruschi

Davide Bruschi has a strong background in management, particularly in the hydraulic equipment industry. Davide started their career in 2006 at Casappa S.p.A., where they held various positions such as Operations Supervisor, General Manager, and later became President of Casappa Hydraulics (Shanghai) Ltd. During their time as Managing Director, the company was appointed as the Regional Headquarter East Asia for Casappa Group and received recognition as a strategic supplier. Davide also served as President of Casappa Hydraulics Korea. Davide is an accomplished writer and author of the book "Founding Your Second Headquarters in China: a successful business model to reinforce your global competitiveness." Additionally, Davide is a Board Member at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. Prior to Casappa, they worked at Sidel as part of the System Engineering - Machineries Purchasing Division.

Davide Bruschi has an extensive education history. Davide obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Parma in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico G. Marconi Parma, graduating with a diploma in 1998.

Later on, Davide pursued further education and earned an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree through a UK and China Double Master Degree program. Davide completed this program at both the University of Liverpool and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Davide also obtained various certifications. Davide became proficient in the Chinese language with certifications such as HSK Level 3 from Mandaring Morning Institute and HSK Level 2 with a score of 194/200 from the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban). Furthermore, they obtained a Safety Certificate for the Main Principal of Production and Business Unit from the Shanghai Safety Bureau in September 2018. Prior to that, they completed an Executive Coach Certification Program offered by Coaching Australia Pty Ltd in 2015.
