Matteo Allodi

Matteo Allodi is a Production Planning Supervisor at Casappa S.p.A., where they have been overseeing production planning since 2022. They previously worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Sidel from 2014 to 2015 and completed an internship with Gruppo Gelati from 2013 to 2014. Matteo has also held seasonal roles at Greci Industrie Alimentari Spa during the tomato campaign on multiple occasions between 2010 and 2013. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Università degli studi di Parma, completing their education in 2015.
