Noah Pollack

Noah Pollack is the Founder and Director of Casata, an innovative start-up focused on developing independent micro-homes as an accessible and environmentally friendly housing alternative, with plans for approximately 500 units in Austin, Texas, by the end of 2021. Prior to founding Casata, Noah served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief People Officer, and Secretary at Driven Brands, Inc., where leadership spanned over eight years, driving significant growth alongside a strong executive team and private equity partner. Noah's earlier roles include Vice President General Counsel at Del Frisco's/Sullivan's/Lone Star & TXLC, Vice President General Counsel at Regus Group plc, Vice President Assistant General Counsel at Brinker International, and Corporate Counsel at Burger King Corporation. Noah Pollack holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a BA in History and Japanese from Middlebury College.
