Jérôme Fédida

Jérôme Fédida is currently the Head of Operations Excellence at Casavo, where they lead operational strategy and service excellence in France. Originally from Basse-Normandie, they have lived in Paris for over 20 years and developed a deep passion for real estate following studies in information-communication, law, and real estate. Their career began as a rental consultant in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, where they quickly advanced to manage transactions and form strong client relationships. After significant success at Proprioo, including winning the Best Newcomer Award in 2021, they transitioned into teaching and coaching roles, culminating in their current leadership position focusing on continuous improvement and agent development.
