Dai Ellis is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cascade Climate, providing executive coaching for climate tech startup founders and CEOs. With experience as a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Nova Pioneer, Co-Founder and Board Chair at Kepler, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Spire, and various other roles in the field of education and healthcare, Dai has a background in building innovative models for higher education, on-the-job learning, and market shaping for health products. Dai holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and an A.B. in Biochemistry from Harvard University.
