Paul Lear is a Senior Technical Director with over 40 years of experience in hazardous waste treatment, laboratory management, and chemical process development. They have been involved in hundreds of treatability and design studies, specializing in various treatment technologies including biological, chemical, and thermal methods. Paul has provided technical leadership across multiple organizations, focusing on project design, operational support, and remediation activities. They hold a PhD in Soil Chemistry/Mineralogy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, in addition to a BS in Soil Science and an MS in the same field. Currently, Paul is employed at Cascade Environmental, LLC as their Senior Technical Director.
