Ron Reed is currently the Managing Director at Cascade Partners and has held the position since 2020. They have been the Managing Member of Endurance Ventures since 2003 and serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Maco.la Management, Inc. since 2018. Additionally, Ron has been an Emeritus Trustee, Chairman, and Finance Committee Chair at the Eastern Michigan University Foundation since 2007.
