Stephen Weber

Stephen Weber is an accomplished business consulting professional with extensive experience in litigation, turnaround management, refinancing, and bankruptcy. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cascade Partners since December 2025, Weber previously held the same title at Focus Management Group from June 2020 to December 2025. Prior roles include Director at O'Keefe and Manager at Adamy & Company, P.C., where responsibilities involved public accounting and litigation support. Weber's career began at Convergys as Manager of General Ledger, and earlier experience includes serving as Senior Accountant at Aronowitz, Chaiken & Hardesty.
