Arlen Abraham

Arlen Abraham is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in systems integration, product design, and engineering management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Cascade Space since April 2025, Arlen previously held significant roles at SPAN as a Staff Systems Integration Engineer and Senior Systems Integration Engineer, where Arlen implemented systems thinking practices and developed testing methodologies. At Astra, as Engineering Product Owner and Technical Program Manager, Arlen managed the product roadmap for critical launch systems and led cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Product Design at Orion Labs, driving innovations in consumer electronics, and project management at Nikolas Weinstein Studios, focusing on large-scale installation projects. Arlen holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Technology from the University of California, Davis, and participated in Y Combinator in 2025.
