Arlen Abraham

Arlen Abraham is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in systems integration, product design, and engineering management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Cascade Space, Arlen previously held roles at SPAN as a Staff Systems Integration Engineer and Senior Systems Integration Engineer, contributing to the development of innovative products while implementing frameworks to enhance efficiency and connectivity. At Astra, Arlen managed cross-disciplinary teams and spearheaded the automation of critical launch processes, significantly improving operational efficiency and safety. Earlier experience at Orion Labs included leadership in product design and manufacturing, while time spent at Nikolas Weinstein Studios involved project management for large-scale sculptures. Arlen began a foundational career as a Science & Technology Editor for The California Aggie and holds a B.S. in Food Science & Technology from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, participation in Y Combinator further underscores a commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship.
