Benoit Lemire

Benoit Lemire is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in IT architecture and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Architecture at Cascades, Benoit leads the company's migration to AWS and fosters a DevOps culture while promoting Infrastructure as Code practices. Previous roles include Technical Lead at Loopsin and Co-Founder/CTO at AkioSoft, where Benoit was instrumental in evaluating technologies, developing disaster recovery plans, and managing cloud infrastructures. With a foundational career that began as an Analyst at Cyberlogic and Technical Support at Université du Québec, Benoit holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from McGill University and possesses advanced skills in critical thinking, communication, and various technical domains, including AWS, Java, and Docker.
