Eric Courtemanche is the current Directeur d'usine at Cascades, having begun this role in 2025. Eric previously served as Directeur des opérations at Ponton Armada in 2024 and held various positions at BRP from 2002 to 2017, culminating as Chef usine. Prior to that, Eric worked at Agropur as Superviseur de production from 1996 to 2002. Eric is also pursuing a DEP en transformation des aliments at Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe.
