David McNeill

David McNeill has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. David is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Case IQ, a leading provider of investigative case management software. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at thoughtLEADERS, LLC, a professional services firm specializing in leadership, communications, strategy, and operations.

McNeill also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Investment Metrics and the Managing Director at Prophet Equity. David has held the position of President at both CHIEF Supply and Tafford Uniforms. In addition, they worked as the Managing Partner at Second Mile Capital and as the Co-Founder & Managing Director at 4th Strand.

Earlier in their career, McNeill held the roles of Co-Founder & CEO at COLDfire Technology, LLC and CEO at Partsmaster. David successfully led the sale of both companies, with COLDfire being acquired by Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp and Partsmaster being sold to Lawson Products.

David McNeill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from Auburn University in 1989. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategy & Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1992 to 1994. Prior to their higher education, they attended Wheeler High School from 1983 to 1986.
