Troy Thelen

Troy Thelen is an experienced manufacturing engineer and programmer at Case Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include application development, Crystal Report development, SQL database administration, ERP administration, project management, and program documentation since September 2014. Prior to this role, Troy worked as an IT intern providing IT support, setting up and deploying computers, and customizing in-house software. Between 2008 and April 2014, freelance work as a web designer and developer included the creation and maintenance of the Freeland Lions Club webpage. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Systems from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Baker College of Owosso, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Web Information Technology from Delta College. Troy is a graduate of Freeland High School.
