Prior to that, they were the President of Pad Print Machinery of Vermont, Inc. and fulfilled responsibilities such as financial planning, recruitment, and strategic investments. Bob also held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Earth Waste & Metal, managing waste management and reclamation operations. Additionally, they acted as the President and CFO of Pad Print Machinery of Vermont, Inc., where they were involved in the design and assembly of printing machines. Bob also served as the Treasurer and Director of ITS at Omya, responsible for managing a debt portfolio and overseeing information technology systems.
