Jake Rick

Jake Rick is the Operations Manager at Casella Construction, Inc., where they currently lead operational efforts. With a strong background as a Facilities Supervisor in higher education, they previously held roles at Castleton State College and Castleton University, focusing on grounds and facilities management. Jake has also contributed as the VP of Interns for Spartan Race and served as a men's lacrosse coach, including duties as Defensive Coordinator and Golf Tournament Director. They hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching, both from Castleton State College.
