Vanessa Phillips is a dedicated Substance Use Specialist at The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES), providing essential support to adults facing substance use challenges through assessments and individualized treatment plans. In addition, Vanessa serves as a Substance Use Counselor at Outreach: Building Healthy Lives, where therapy sessions and relationship-building with chemically dependent teenagers are prioritized.
