Alexander Johnson is a seasoned investor and board member with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Director at Hg, a leading global software investment firm with a portfolio valued at approximately $150 billion, Alexander has been instrumental in executing over 100 software investments annually. Additional roles include board member positions at Ncontracts, CaseWare International Inc., and Sovos. Previous experience includes serving as an investor at AuditBoard and as a board observer at Allocate Software. Earlier in the career, Alexander was part of the IBD Technology Group at Morgan Stanley, focusing on M&A and equity financings.
