Tim Klein

Tim Klein serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations at CaseWorthy, Inc., starting in March 2025. Prior to this role, Tim held various executive positions at Eccovia from January 2019 to March 2025, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations, among others. Tim’s experience also includes serving as Director of Critical Response Engineering at Flexential and Director of Service Operations at Peak 10 + ViaWest. Earlier roles encompass leadership and technical positions at ViaWest and MonaVie, where Tim managed significant database environments and IT operations. Tim began the career in database administration at Southern American Insurance Company and has consistently demonstrated expertise in database management and operations throughout the extensive professional history.
