Bailey Mitchell

Bailey Mitchell has a strong background in human resources and recruitment. They started their career as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at The Catholic University of America in August 2008 and later became a Recruitment Specialist in July 2011. In 2015, Bailey joined Grunley Construction Company, Inc. as a Recruiter, where they worked on high-profile construction projects until October 2021. Currently, Bailey is the Director of Human Resources at Casey Construction Group, LLC, where they oversee the HR operations of the company.

Bailey Mitchell earned a BFA degree with a minor in Psychology from Endicott College in 2005. Following this, Bailey pursued a MA degree in Human Resources Management from The Catholic University of America, completing it in 2012. The field of study for the MA degree was Human Resources Management and Services.
