Carl Shawforth

Carl Shawforth is an experienced estimator currently working at Casey since July 2020, where responsibilities include pricing from first principles and analyzing subcontractors and suppliers using Conquest and EValuate Estimating Software. Prior experience includes self-employment as an estimator from February 2019 to July 2020, and a prior tenure at Casey from April 2014 to December 2018, focusing on a variety of projects such as earthworks, landscaping, highways construction, and social housing rejuvenation. Carl also served as an assistant estimator at Walter Carefoot & Sons (Construction) Ltd from October 2005 to August 2012, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Access for estimation tasks. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Project Management from the University of Central Lancashire and HNC and BTEC in Building Studies from Preston College.
