Ena Williams

Ena Williams is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Casey's General Stores. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors Technology Committee at National HME, Inc. from January 2019 to December 2020. During their time at National HME, Ena developed and executed a strategic growth plan, assessed talent and organizational structure to maximize efficiency and build successful teams, and instituted business processes and organizational efficiencies across the enterprise.

Prior to their role at National HME, Ena was the Senior Vice President and Head of International at 7-Eleven from January 2008 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading 7-Eleven's international business, which included franchise operations in 18 countries with more than 55,000 stores.

Before their time at 7-Eleven, Ena served as the Area Manager, West Coast/Midwest (Dealer Franchise), U.S. Retail at ExxonMobil from January 2006 to December 2008. In this role, they were responsible for leading ExxonMobil's retail operations in the United States.

Ena began their career at ExxonMobil as an Operations Manager in Virginia (Company Operations), U.S. Retail in January 2000. In this role, they were responsible for managing ExxonMobil's retail operations in Virginia.

Ena has a proven track record of success in leading and growing large organizations. Ena is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results. Ena is a dynamic leader who is able to build strong relationships and inspire others to achieve their best.

Ena Williams has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics & African-American Studies from the University of Virginia.
